Service Agreement Effective as of the date of subscription
The Contractor provides social media content creation and scheduling services only.
Services include
- Creation of graphic content and captions (images, carousels, and/or reels)
- Use of Client-provided photos and videos for content creation
- Scheduling content to Instagram and Facebook
- Optional scheduling to Stories
The Client grants permission for the Contractor to edit images using AI tools to enhance content quality and better portray the Client's brand.
The Contractor is not responsible for engagement, analytics, or account management beyond content creation and scheduling.
Services cannot begin until the Client has successfully granted full access to their Instagram and Facebook accounts. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure proper access is granted.
Upon successful integration, please allow up to 2 business days for the first post to be published. Delays in access will delay the start of services.
Upon subscription
Please allow up to 2 business days to ensure proper platform integration.
A prorated concept schedule will be submitted within 48 hours for your review. The Client will have a 12-hour approval window from the time of delivery.
Following approval, content will be submitted incrementally and scheduled for the remainder of the monthly billing cycle.
Weekly plans (1–3 posts/week)
- Concept schedules prepared on the 20th each month with a 48-hour review window
- Final content submitted on the 25th — 48 hours to request revisions
- No response = approved & scheduled
Daily posting plan
- Concept schedules submitted each Monday with a 24-hour review window
- Final content submitted each Wednesday — 48 hours to request revisions
- No response = approved & scheduled
Reasonable revisions are included within the designated review windows.
Additional revisions requested after approval will incur a fee of $25 per revision, per platform.
All plans are billed monthly. Pricing is per post and fully inclusive — no surprise processing fees, no add-ons. What you see is exactly what you pay.

Secure payments via Stripe. All rates include payment processing — you will never be charged more than quoted.
Monthly invoices reflect the number of posts published that billing cycle. Additional posts must be requested via email at least 2 business days in advance and are billed at the applicable per-post rate.
The Contractor's role is limited to content creation and scheduling. The Contractor is not responsible for:
- Responding to comments or messages
- Monitoring engagement
- Managing audience interaction
- Reporting analytics or performance metrics

Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to all final content created under this Agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public or proprietary business information shared during the course of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
